ABOUT MARVIN

Without hesitation, Marvin has returned back to North Charleston where he is currently practicing law. Marvin understands the importance of maintaining an active and caring presence in his community.

The Early Years

Marvin grew up in the Charleston Farms neighborhood of North Charleston, South Carolina, in the heart of House District 113.  He is a product of the public schools in Charleston County, graduating at the top of his class at Garrett Academy of Technology in 2007.

University of South Carolina

Marvin is a 2011 Honors graduate of the University of South Carolina.  His commitment to advocacy led him to the University of South Carolina School of Law where he graduated in 2014.  Marvin was also admitted to the South Carolina Bar in that same year.
